Tom Bartkoske is the Executive Director of Global Education Kazakhstan. He trains and consults local businesses in leadership development. Tom worked for Exxon and UCLA before venturing into leadership development consulting. Tom worked with a variety of organizations in team dynamics, personal coaching, and strategic planning before joining the Global Education team last year. He prepares businesses to be effective in a fast growing, ever changing environment. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University.

Bob Otten is the Director of Training at Global Education. Bob worked in a variety of sectors implementing strategic planning, leadership development, and personal coaching in Los Angeles prior to joining the Global Education team 5 years ago. Bob has helped with the development and delivery of the trainings Global Education offers. Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal State University, Sacramento.
